You must notify us if you wish to cancel your order or return any items within 14 days of receiving your order, and return such items within a further 14 days of this notification.

Returns and Exchanges
To initiate the return of your items please follow the steps below:
1. Let us know your order number and what items you would like to return or exchange for another (size for example) by sending an email to [email protected].
2. We will process your request for a return or exchange and in a short time will send you instructions, depending on your location.
3. If you have received any bonus products together with your order, you have to return them in their original state together with the main product you are returning. Otherwise, we will consider it as a purchase and deduct the price of these items from the refunded amount.
4. All items should be returned to us new, unused and with all brand and security tags still attached. Creases on the uppers of the footwear and scratch marks on the leather soles are considered as signs of use, so please avoid creating them while trying shoes at home. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and in less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Whilst trying on or deciding whether to keep shoes, please ensure the leather soles are protected by standing on a carpeted surface.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
A return request must be submitted to us within 14 days of receipt of your items. Subsequent items must be returned to us at the address stated on the returns label within a further 14 days from this date of notification. Returns received after 28 days from the date of initial delivery will not be accepted. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of 7mileshoes.com.
All successfully returned items will be credited excluding the initial shipping cost to the payment method used when placing the order and in the same currency, within 14 days of us receiving your items. We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have authorised the refund. The time in which the credited amount will appear on your statement is subject to your card issuer.
For payments made by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account will depend upon the company that issued the card.
Please note, that items should not be returned to us without prior notice. All return requests should be submitted by sending us an email to [email protected]. Items returned to us without prior notification may not be refunded.
Every effort has been made to ensure the colours of each product are displayed as accurately as possible. However, most of the shoes we sell are handmade, so every pair can be in a slightly different colour. Some are lighter, some are darker – that’s the beauty of handmade shoes! Also as computer graphics and screens may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour is completely accurate.
