Shipping policy

We ship our orders via DHL, UPS, or DPD, depending on your location and carrier’s pricing for your region.

We ship our orders from EU warehouses so EU citizens don’t have to pay any import or additional VAT taxes at the customs for British shoes.

The delivery service is subject to a delivery fee of:

  • €25 – Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
  • €29 – Cyprus, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Vatican
  • €37 – Albania, Armenia, Azores (Portugal), Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Las Palmas (Spain), Liechtenstein, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Sant Cruz de Tenerife (Spain)
  • €39 to €45 – China, Georgia, Iceland, Israel, South Korea, Turkey
  • €45 to €49 – Canada, India, Japan, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Pakistan, Singapore, United Arab Emirates
  • €45 to €50 – Australia, Egypt, Morocco, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, South Africa, United States
  • €50 – Bangladesh, Philippines

Payable by the Buyer at the time of purchase.

The delivery times are:

  • 10-20 days – Europe.
  • 15-25 days – rest of the World.

If delivery is not possible due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer’s control, the goods will not be re-shipped (unless the Buyer pays extra for re-delivery) and the money is paid in advance will be refunded without the delivery fee.

The Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, the delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller and/or courier service. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and coordinate the goods’ delivery.

In all cases, the Seller shall be relieved of liability for violation of the delivery terms if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer on time or due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances dependent on the Buyer.

A specific delivery time slot for your order cannot be specified by us. However, you will have the opportunity to communicate directly with the carrier to reschedule or redirect your delivery.
If you choose to change the stated delivery address we cannot be held responsible for any mishap of any kind.
